Dear Friends
My name is Nektarios Kontogiorgakis and I live permanently in Sitia, Crete. I have been married since 1998 and have 4 sons. My wife Kelly is a music teacher, and I am a physical education teacher.
I exercise every day and have cultivated a healthy lifestyle for many years. I travel abroad every year, because I love discovering new destinations and cultures. I am a very friendly, sociable person, which, hopefully, you will find out from the first few minutes of your stay!

The History
Oceanides Luxury Apartments was born from a dream to create something extraordinary in the beautiful landscape of Sitia, Crete. What started as a vision in the early 2000s has grown into one of the most beloved accommodations in eastern Crete.
Every stone was carefully selected from local quarries, every design element inspired by traditional Cretan architecture while incorporating modern luxury. The construction took several years, with attention to every detail to ensure harmony with the natural environment.
Since opening our doors, we have welcomed thousands of guests from around the world, each leaving with unforgettable memories and many returning year after year.
